Nibiru still on Redbud

Now Caleb is really worried about this planet Nibiru thing. I think the rumor is circulating through the kids at school. I looked up stuff on conspiracy theorist's sites to prove that this was nothing to worry about. I was happy to see alot of this crap that made him laugh.

I love Hooters Fries, Thanks.

Central Texas Museum of Automotive History

I love Studebakers. I thought this was a Henry J, but I guess Kaiser made Henry J's. Although, there was a Kaiser parked next to it. Forget who bought who. Anyway, they look very similar. Cool car. They had the first Studebaker Avanti too, but I didn't get a pic.
Bubby with the nicest Caddy.
My favorite of all. Only 51 Tucker's made. This is #50 with only .4 miles on the odometer. Priceless. Years ahead of it's time. You could pick designs off this car that they didn't start using 'til over 10 years later.
Cord made by Auburn. Perfect.
Cadillac Straight 8.
Duesenberg. Over 118 MPH Straight 8.

Monkey's favorite Peddle Car.

Huge Chrysler. This was the real deal American hunk of steel. Cadillac had nothing on this car.
My favorite sports car. Auburn.
Chevy Fleetline Woody.
Nicest paint.
Chevy Fleetline. Beautiful Car.
2 Ton payload truck made by Diamond. Real work truck. No dog crate or DVD player as seen in the back of most $40,000 1 ton trucks of recent years.
Monkey's pick.
Old popcorn machine.
Not sure what to say. Hybrid? Didn't last then, won't last now.
Gullwing Mercedes.
Ford 2-door and Bubba.
The Big Chrysler.
Death Trap.
Monkey loved the Deusy too!

I love musty old cars. Not much plastic in this building.

I love Wal-Mart's True Stimulus

'Wal-Mart Stores Inc., the world’s largest retailer, plans to award $2 billion in extra compensation to about 1 million U.S. hourly workers this year after sales jumped in the recession (average of $2,000 per worker). The Arkansas-based retailer is benefiting from record sales in the fourth quarter that boosted annual revenue by 7.2% to $401 billion.'

'The amount of the bonuses, profit sharing, discounts and 401(k) and stock-plan contributions being given to employees compares with the $1.8 billion Wal-Mart distributed last year. Payments to employees include $933.6 million in bonuses today.'

No Union's, No government control. Maybe our administration can learn something from this.

I was going to complain about stuff like the media accelerated recession, and some company's that are using it as a poor excuse to lay off employees even when they are making profits.. but instead I decided to post a couple of random pictures that aren't negative. ALL THA SINGLE LADIES! All that single ladies! ALL THA SINGLE LADIES!-Monkey & Beyonce.

This weeks agenda

Hootie concert on Monday night.
Gary Allan concert on Wednesday night.

Lots and Lots of reassembly, trim part painting, cleanup, detail stuff, and more picky stuff. Can't tell in the pics, but it has a nice metallic effect on top of the orange. Needs and new "black" top. Only half through. I like it. It'll look good.
Plymouth is next. It will be more detailed and near perfection. I'm sure it'll drive me near crazy.
I can't help it.
