Monkey's First Fishn' Trip

We got up late Saturday morning. We were supposed to go to Temple. After we decided it was too late to leave, I asked Monkey, "what you wanna do today?". She responded, "I...Go...Fishn'...IN DAYEE'S BOAT!". I asked her again, and again, and again. She had her mind made up.
She helped me fix her rod, and load up everything. Then we headed south to Bolivar Peninsula. Mr. Hornbeck had a few live shrimp left.
She did good. I was surprised she lasted for over 4 hours.
We caught good fish.
Andi caught a really nice Red.
We fished till' almost dark. Tide was coming in really good, but I didn't want to have Monkey out in the dark, on the water.
I think Monkey enjoyed it.
I know where the Red's hide.
It's where they say they're not. I told that to Andi after we caught two of them early on.
I love fishn'. It was my New Year's Resolution for 2007.
Now I'm rambling on.

STONE TEMPLE PILOTS

The review I read was:
"Scott Weiland was very late, verrrrry talkative, and verrrrry sauced up"
That pretty much sums it up. He rocked for sure.
He said immediately after Dead and Bloated, "Now that's fn' Rockn'Roll! They tried to call it grunge, and lots of other things. But, noooooooooo, no, no, no, no, no, no, NO!... It's always been RocknRoll."
The boys loved it.
